If you choose delivery with a portable forklift, we will deliver your order within 5 business days. The additional cost for a portable forklift is €49.95.

Delivery time for out-of-stock products

For products that are out of stock, the expected delivery time is approximate and depends on available production capacity. On the Friday before the expected delivery week, we will send a confirmation of the expected delivery date.

Unforeseen circumstances

Unforeseen circumstances may arise that could delay a delivery. Any resulting costs cannot be claimed.

Accessibility of delivery address

The address must be accessible to a large 13.6-meter trailer.

No partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are not possible.

Additional costs for delivery to an island

If your delivery address is on an island, additional costs may be charged afterward.

Unloading options for large products

For products larger than 2300 millimeters, you must provide your own unloading equipment. This means a forklift, crane, or other suitable solution. The additional cost for a portable forklift is €49.95.
