Plant Appearance: Parthenocissus tricuspidata, also known as the three-leaf Virginia creeper, has striking, palmate leaves that usually consist of three lobed segments. In summer, the leaves are green, but in autumn they change to a beautiful reddish-purple color. The plant can attach itself to surfaces using small adhesive roots and does not have showy flowers, but produces small blue berries in autumn.

Housing Location: This plant grows best in a sunny to partially shaded location. It can be placed both indoors and outdoors, but prefers an outdoor location where it can climb up a wall or other surface. Indoors, it needs plenty of light to grow well.

Water Requirements: Parthenocissus tricuspidata needs a moderate amount of water. Ensure the soil remains evenly moist, but not soaked. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly between waterings.
