Isotoma fluviatilis, also known as blue star mat, is a low-growing ground cover that grows only 3-5 cm tall. This beautiful plant blooms profusely from June to September with delicate, star-shaped flowers. Ideal for sunny to partially shaded spots and perfect for damp gardens or by ponds. With its dense growth, it is an excellent choice for rock gardens, between stepping stones, or as a decorative filler in the lawn.
